Feels Like Spring!

Hello friends, the weather here in Alabama has been a roller coaster of rain, sun and thunderstorms here lately. The flowers are starting to bloom and color is popping up. So I did a little rainy day drawing! Sometimes when it rains, you just have to make your own color and sunshine!

Also, in time for spring, I just added this cute little bunny Easter card to the shop. If you'd like to see her hop into your mailbox you can find her here!

Illustration Friday: Myth

Every now and then I pop over to the Illustration Friday site to see what the topic of the week is. If it inspires me enough I'll whip up an illustration for it, which is what I did for this week's topic of "Myth".  I went with the mythical mermaid. I guess I've always had a thing for mermaids since Ariel :) It's just nice to pretend they really are out there somewhere like angels of the sea.

Anywho, check out the other submissions over on Illustration Friday or even submit your own if you're up for a challenge!

Downton Abbey and a Milestone

I always look forward to Sunday nights because Downton Abbey comes on! I curl up with some tea and watch away :) Season 3 is getting pretty spicy! Did a little illo of the castle for fun.

Have you guys been watching Downton Abbey too? What do you think so far?

I reached a milestone this weekend of 100 Sales in the shop! So over the moon and thankful for the success my little shop has had so far! Hoping this is only the beginning :) Thank you if you have supported my handmade shop or support other handmade shops.

Cheers!
