My Pattern Available as Fabric!

You can now purchase my pattern turned fabric over at spoonflower.com!!! When it arrived in my mailbox I couldn't contain myself I was super excited!! It turned out really great. The colors are very vivid. This is a first for me- turning my own design into a fabric. It's something I've always wanted to do, and now I've done it. I hope that you will check it out and maybe buy some to create some nifty pillows or a clutch or something crafty. My spoonflower name is CharmingHeart.

The link to my fabric is: http://www.spoonflower.com/fabric_items/new?design_id=457263.

Just Arrived!

Yay! I'm so excited because the book I ordered just arrived!! It felt like Christmas day! My Wonderful World of Fashion by Nina Chakrabarti is a really fun fashion doodle coloring book. I feel like I'm a little kid again! It inspires creativity and imagination with its fill in the blank patterns and dresses, etc. This is the kind of book that I can spend all day doodling in and wonder where my day went. FUN! I will be posting some of my doodle creations as I go through the book for you to see! It's going to be a fun ride! If you have this book, I would love to see some pages from you!

Love on the Brain

Here are some new little illustrations I did for Valentine's this year. The bunny because it's the year of the rabbit, and the robot because i love drawing robots and thought it would be interesting for a robot to thinking about love.  Now that I think about it Wall-E was pretty lovestruck :)

And so the month of Love begins...

Why not celebrate by making something warm and satisfying...especially since the first day of February is snowy and cooooooold!! That's what I'll be doing anyways  xoxo

128 Broad St. Providence, Rhode Island

So I found this interesting photo in a box of photos my grandma had,  and I'm pretty sure it was taken in the late 1910's in Providence, R.I. I love the allure of old photos so I thought I would share it with you all! I wish they still made cars like that!
