So after missing last year's deadline to participate in the Sketchbook Project, I couldn't wait to do it this year. Well I just got my sketchbook in the mail!! It's smaller than I imagined, but there's nothing wrong with that. For those who haven't heard of the Sketchbook Project...as they say, "It's like a concert tour, but with sketchbooks." I will be sketching with the theme "Uncharted Waters". I think I could do some really cool things with this theme! The finished sketchbook will go on tour and reach it's destination in the permanent collection at the Brooklyn Art Library. This should be fun!
Hi Rhianna... thank you for stopping by my blog and commenting on very first IF drawing... simple is good... yes. My daughter is also participating in the Sketchbook Project. I wanted to but the plate is already quite full! I'm sure you'll have fun with it.
