Illustration Friday: Toy

The theme this week is Toy and there are so many things that come to mind!!! I had a recent visit to an awesome antique store in Dallas and saw some really cool vintage tin toys, so I decided to go with a robot reminiscent of a tin toy for my illustration this week.

What the Shoe?!

These were everywhere when I went to London in November, and I love them! They are slowly showing up in stores here in the states.

Something I found at a shopping trip at Anthropologie...

It is a stool made from woven striped t-shirts! How crafty and creative! I so want to find an old stool with no seat and make this right away! Don't you?! I love projects like this.
